Our recruitment processes

This is what you can expect during our recruitment process.
We treat all candidates with respect and attention.

Application

Click the “apply” button on the job posting, upload your resume,

and fill out the questionnaire.

Screening and shortlisting

We screen resumes on a first-come, first-served basis and we do our best to get back to you within a few days if your application is shortlisted.

Interview

We will invite you to an on-line or in-person interview to get to know you better.

Assignment

For some positions, we might ask you to prepare a job-related assignment and/or a live presentation.

Behavioral assessment

We might send you a link to a quick online behavioral assessment.

Final interview

For some positions, we might invite you to another interview with Clariter’s experts.

Reference check

We might call 2-3 people from your reference list.

Job offer

We will email you a job offer, followed by an employment contract.
