Our recruitment processes

This is what you can expect during our recruitment process: We treat all candidates with respect and attention.

Application

Screening and shortlisting

We screen resumes on a first-come, first-served basis and we do our best to get back to you within a few days if your application is shortlisted.

Interview

We will invite you to an on-line or in-person interview to get to know you better.

Assignment

For some positions, we might ask you to prepare a job-related assignment and/or a live presentation.

Behavioral assessment

We will send you a link to a quick online behavioral assessment.

Final interview

For some positions, we might invite you to another interview with Clariter’s experts.

Reference check

We might call 2-3 people from your reference list.

Job offer

We will email you a job offer, followed by an employment contract.
